It means that there are 925, 375 or 800 parts of precious material in 1000 grams of metal or, to put it another way, 92.5% is pure silver, 37.5% or 80% is pure gold and the rest is a alloy of other metals. Silver is a metal sensitive to humidity, heat, chemical agents and air pollution among other factors. The darkening process, also called oxidation, can lead to a change in the original color. Please keep in mind that a change in the color of your pieces does not mean changes in their quality.

Follow the instructions below to keep your piece looking great (always!):

  • Store your piece in an individual box, in velvet or silk. You can use our packaging to do this; Thus, there is a lower probability of accidents;
  • When you want to give a new shine to your piece, you can only do so if you are sure that the piece is not bathed in any way (rhodium plated or gold plated). If the piece has a gold plating or rhodium plating, please contact us and we will provide the bath for free;
  • And we save the best for last…a simple and direct guarantee of our products.
