It means that there are 925, 375 or 800 parts of precious material in 1000 grams of metal or, to put it another way, 92.5% is pure silver, 37.5% or 80% is pure gold and the rest is a alloy of other metals. If it is impossible to repair the part within the warranty conditions, another one of the same or similar value will be provided without any extra charge.
