Orders and Payment
To order products, you must be over 18 years of age and have a valid credit or debit card or Bead PayPal. When placing your order, you must ensure that all details provided are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds in Bead to cover the cost of your order. .
The website allows you to check your order and correct any errors before submitting it. Please read and verify your order on each page of the order process, as you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate (e.g. the correct products, the Quantitys, the size, the shipping address delivery, etc. ).
We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event that, for example, we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that the restrictions of Shipping apply to a certain item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out above. In these circumstances, a full refund will be applied to the original payment method.

Price and Availability
The costs of Shipping are not included in the prices and will be charged additionally. These vary depending on the delivery address. See the Shipping and Returns section for more details on estimated delivery costs. Delivery costs applicable to your order will be clearly displayed on the Website prior to placing your order (and are included in the "Total Cost" amount shown on the order summary page).
If your billing address is within the EU, we will charge VAT at the rate applicable in Portugal. Again, these costs will be clearly displayed on the website prior to placing your order (and are included in the "total cost" figure).
All our products require a certain Quantity time to be produced by our artisans. You can check this information in the details section of each product.

An email will be sent when the order is submitted. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your delivery address. Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. We will try to ensure that your order is delivered on the estimated date, but there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed due to events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will try to get your products delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable for any losses caused as a result of such delay.
