Received your piece and it wasn't what you hoped for? Expecting a different kind of piece? Talk to us.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on made-to-order pieces (personalized pieces or gold pieces not in stock).

We're happy to refund any product purchased, provided it meets the following criteria:

We do not accept returns on customized pieces;

Return the product in perfect condition (as sold), in its original packaging and with its invoice;

Return the product within 45 days of receiving it.
