The supply of an incorrect address may lead to its return, causing additional costs. Please check your address to ensure that you don't have any kind of error (we don't want to take too long to receive your wonderful piece!). The invoice will follow all our shipments, being issued after payment of your order.
Orders made within the EU are exempt from any customs rate.
When orders are sent out of myself, or to another country within I with special customs regulations, the Portuguese Filigree does not control these rates and has no control from the moment it is received by the authorities in the destination country. The customer should contact local customs for more information.
The Portuguese Filigree does not assume any responsibility in this process, however any clarification we need we are fully available to help solve.

ATTENTION: We do not return parts made by order (personalized pieces or gold pieces that do not exist in stock)
We are happy to return the money from any product purchased as long as it meets the following criteria:
We do not return custom parts;
Return the product in perfect condition (as sold) in its original packaging and with the associated invoice;
Return the product 45 days after receiving it.

We will not be responsible for lost items in the mail, we recommend that you use a safe service.
If the products have any kind of defect we will assume all costs. If the return is not for this reason the shipping cost will be deducted in the amount paid by the piece.
The return process will start only after we receive your products. When the products reach our hands we will notify it by email and start the process as soon as possible. Please be aware that it may take up to 15 business days to process your money dependent on the payment mechanism with which you made the purchase.
