We try to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that every description is entirely accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. Product images on the website are for illustration only. Although we try to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen will show the exact color of the products.
If the products you ordered are not as described, are defective, or fall below the relevant market quality standards, you may return them. Please see Shipping & Returns for more information. For details of the specific characteristics of our products, see the Materials & Care.

The website lets you review your order and correct any mistakes before you submit it. Please read and check your order on every page of the checkout process, as you are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate (for example, the correct products, quantities, size, delivery address, etc.).
We reserve the right to cancel your order if, for example, we cannot obtain payment authorization, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, the item ordered is out of stock or fails our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out above. If your billing address is in the EU, we will charge VAT at the applicable Portuguese rate. Again, this will be clearly shown on the website before you place your order (and is included in the "Total").
