It reminds us of our grandmothers and the timeless Viana hearts. "In classical antiquity, the heart represented the center of life, of solidarity, brotherhood and love, the most striking qualities in the lives of the saints, which is why they were depicted with the heart outside the chest. These hearts emphasized the warmth of love with flames rising from the top, and that upper part is a stylization of those same flames, which is why they are called flaming or double hearts. They appeared in Portugal with the devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and that is why people like to wear it on their chest as a sacred symbol, in simpler forms."
